The CO2 laser plotter brand ATMSOLUTIONSwith a working area of 1600 x 2500 [mm] is a device that is ideal for professional applications in fields such as advertising, clothing production, furniture/packaging decoration, etc. It is equipped with a CO2 laser resonator with a power of 150 W (a wide range of proposed accessories allows you to choose a power supply of any wattage, including 60, 80, 100, 130, 180, 200, 400 [W]).
The device is armed with electronics and a first-class drive system, it is perfect for performing cutting operations in all materials.

The ATMS machine has a reinforced construction and a solid body that is resistant to deformation, thus ensuring stable operation even at high machining speeds. It uses linear guides and gears in the drive system, making it possible to achieve high machining accuracy.
A knife table is included. The machine has a safety device that disconnects the laser beam if the cooling system is not activated, which ensures the correct operation of the laser resonator during operation and guarantees the maintenance of high standards of machine use.
During a single process, the laser plotter allows cutting shapes on flat surfaces located at different heights (maximum height difference: 50 mm):

The operator enters the appropriate parameters/data into the system and starts the material cutting process

Laser starts cutting parts on a flat or convex surface

Passes between successive preset cutting contours are made at a safe height. Cutting, depending on the program, is carried out at a predetermined height (depending on the value declared in the program).

Along with the device we provide professional LaserWork control software, which supports file formats such as plt, ai, bmp, dxf, dst, nc, moreover, it works directly with software such as CorelDraw or AutoCAD. The software has a password that protects access to machine parameters by third parties. The software also allows work monitoring by counting working hours. In addition, many convenient features (intuitive interface in Polish, the ability to process photos, the ability to define each vector with other processing parameters, such as cutting, taper setting, changing the power range, speed, etc.), which make working on the machine simple and pleasant.
