The Fiber laser marking machine, based on a iterbium fiber source, equipped with a reliable 100W fiber laser. Used in processes related to marking and identification of productsós, details, or machine parts, and wherever permanent, abrasion- and chemical-resistant marking and hard-to-counterfeit marks are required.
In fiber-optic marking machines, the active element is fiber-opticód along with admixed ionsóof rare elements such as erbium, ytterbium, neodymium and pumped with pól laser diodes. The lifetime of this source can reach more than 100,000 operating hours. The laser flux, unlike traditional lasersós, is not transmitted to the scanning head through an optical system of lenses and mirrors, but through a flexible fiber-optic cable. By omitting the mirrors, the risk of misalignment and contamination is excluded when transmitting the beam, and the result is: a reduction in the costóof work as well as significantly higher engraving efficiency. Fibre laser light is characterized by: high brightness, high directionality, high spóiity. Such parameters allow permanent marking of a wide range of materialsówith very high resolution.
