The ATMS ROBO 2000x3000 4-axis robotic machining center is a high quality machining nest designed for automated machining of workpiecesómade of wood, plywood, compositesós. It is used mainly in the furniture industry and everywhere, where precise machining of repetitive elements of complex shape is required.
The distinctive feature of the machine is the use of a Mitsubishi robotic arm equipped with a proven system of grippersós rod. This allows automatic loading and unloading of the workpiece without the intervention of a worker in the work field.
Collaborating with Mitsubishi Electric on solutions for the furniture industry, an efficient and easy-to-use solution has been developed to maximize the time and cost of component production. The machine uses a single control system for the entire rotary nestób. This system allows for the programming of the machine tool using, among other things, G-code. This makes the operation of the station extremely simple and does not require training of an employee in robotów programming.
The machine allows to perform many typesóof machining such as milling, planning, drilling, undercutting, etc. Automated work process and tool storage allows to perform the previously mentioned processesów during one cycle including loading and unloading of the workpiece
