The ATMS PROSPEED automatic 3D bending machine, designed for bending reinforcing wire, is an excellent solution for companies in the construction industry, but also not only. The device allows repetitive bending of complex spatial shapesós - open, closed, polygonsós, frames and many others. The setup provides an automatic process of making the shape thanks to the use of CNC control.

The PROSPEED version was created for manufacturing plants where the speed of making individualóelements is important. The emphasis here is on efficiency - high bending speed ensures optimization and shorteningós production process time.

The base of the machine is a rigid structure, which, combined with reliable mechanical workmanship, guarantees stable and reliable operation. The equipment is equipped with a servo type drive, so precision and speed of operation are ensured.

The CNC control system allows the machine to be operated from the operating panel. Adapted CNC control to ensure full automation of the system, it allows processing of many typesóshapesóof reinforcing wire selecting the appropriate process parameters. The applied design solutions, as well as high-end components, make the machines dedicated to high-performance and repeatable wire bending processing.
