The ATMS CNC Milling Plotter with a working field size of 2100x3100x300 mm and program resolution of 0.01mm. Thanks to the automatic ATC tool changing system, the plotter is perfect for both smaller-sized workpieces and those of significant size. A wide range of materialsób can be processed: from metals and their alloys such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper to plastics, wood, foams, etc.
.The advantages of the machine include a solid steel frame, whichóra by increasing the rigidity of the whole machine ensures precise and accurate machining by leveling out vibrations and deformations. Efficient, precise, air-cooled and quiet (even at the highest revolutions) 9 kW spindle provides comfort of work and versatility of use.
Building: (in the basic version) movable gantry, hybrid vacuum stationó?? with sectionalization for convenient clamping of partsó??. Work is facilitated by pneumatic positioning pins. Movement in the X- and Y-axis is carried out on trapezoidal guides with bevel gear drives. The machine is equipped with servo motors.
