3D CNC milling machine for processing rotary elements with a maximum diameter of 130 mm and a length of 300 mm . The milling machine is great for machining details made of plastic, wood, stone, non-ferrous metals including the hardest aluminum alloys.
Workpieces are clamped in a rotating three-jaw chuck and supported with a tailstock from the other side (max clamping diameter 80 mm). In addition, the milling machine has two movable axes, with a motion range of 300mm in the X axis and 65 mm in the Z axis .
This CNC lathe milling machine is distinguished by its solid construction, it ensures high rigidity and thus good machining accuracy. In addition, ball screws and hardened linear guides with linear ball bearings were used to build the machine, which translates into machining speed.
