The ATMSolutions device has a reinforced construction and a solid body resistant to deformation, so stable operation is ensured even at high rotation speeds. It uses linear guideways and gears in the driveós system, so it is possible to achieve high accuracy of rotatingóbeat.
The set includes 2 tables – knife and honeycomb. The – table is lowered and raised electrically, from the control panel. Specially designed chamber under the table facilitates safe reflectionór of the made details. The extractor, which is properly routed outób can act as a vacuum, so that it is easier to straighten thin/flexible materials on the table, this ensures their constant position and allows a significant improvement in the quality of cutting and smoke and debris removal.
The machine has a safety device thatóre disconnects the laser beam in the event that the cooling system is not activated, which ensures the correct operation of the laser resonator during operation and guarantees the maintenance of high standardsóin the use of the machine.
Along with the machine we provide professional LaserWork control software, whichóre supports file formatsósuch as: plt, ai, bmp, dxf, dst, nc, moreover, it supports directly with software such as CorelDraw or AutoCAD.
