CNC POLISHING PLOTTER ATMS 1325
The Polishing Plotter from ATMSolutions is an ideal solution for the finishing of wooden componentsós. The machine is dedicated mainly to polishing wooden furniture fronts, but it can also be used for finishing other details. The kinematic system consists of three axes: XYZ, using the mounted CNC control, it is easyób to position the polishing head and control its movement.
The device is equipped with a low-speed electric motor, so that the polishing process can be carried out. In addition, the lubrication module used ensures that the right amount of paste and water is fed to the polishing sponge, which significantly improves the rpmós parameters and affects the ease of controlling the process. Thanks to the use of top-class componentsós and high quality workmanship, the device is able to ensure good repeatability in terms of roughness, gloss of the treated surface and high accuracy of the product geometry.
We can adapt rich optional equipment and many solutions – including according to individual needs - increasing the comfort of work.
