CAMERA FOR IGEMS SYSTEMS
The positioning system proposed by IGEMS is ideally suited to optimize the process of workpiece preparation and material positioning when working with WaterJET cutting machines. The camera, which is mounted above the machine table, takes an image of the actual work table, along with the material placed on it. The image taken is calibrated, stretched to an exact 1:1 copy of the cutting table, and then transferred to the IGEMS software. Having a real image of the working table in the design software, we have the ability to position designsóon sheets of material easily and quicklyób. In addition, by having a nesting module, we can also use rów material waste for smaller projectsów.
.The camera has a resolution of 2592 by 1944 pixels (4: 3). The greater the distance is between the table and the device, the larger the image will be covered, while the closer to the table - the more accurate the image.
