Software developed by IGEMS for cutting equipment systemsós, chiefly for WaterJet’ós is one of the most recognized CAD/CAM tools dedicated to waterjet cutters, among others. The program, which’´ry with its interface and functions resembles the popular AutoCAD, making it simple and intuitive to use. It has a built-in LISP application language, whichóre can be used to automatically generate drawingsów with external data. 

The program is modular, so it can be retrofitted with a number of useful functions, depending on the needs of the operator. The modules thatóre able to be implemented in the program are uniform, so there is a possibility to optimize the waterjet cutting process and increase the quality of the final product. The program itself has the ability to cut in 3D, multiple language versions and an open technological base.

Module Minimum 3x has: 

• IGEMS CAD - mainós program, CAD system, inspired by AutoCAD, possibility to add more modules

• 2D CAM - the basic module of the program. Allows the creation of toolpaths, calculation of time and costós, reporting.

• AWJ(Abrasive water jet) - basic CAM cutting module. Advanced material control/feed rate settings, available materialów database

Additional modules:

• CAM-Tools -an advanced CAD tool for geometry optimization. A module thatós able to quickly resolve errors that occuróallows you to prepare shorter and clearer NC code.

• CAM 5X - module used when cutting with a 5-axis (3D) cutting head. IGEMS supports fixed or variable bevel angle cutting. The module is róalso needed for cutting with adjustable angle taper.

• Nesting Level 1 - basic nesting functions - optimizing material loss.

• Nesting Level 2 - advanced nesting with multi-head control, nesting for commonól cut lines, multiple sheets, etc.

• Data Exchange - a fileów exchange module. It comes in handy if you have other file formatós to import than DWG and DXF or NC files from the machine.

• SignMaker - Imageów converter, converts shapes (JPG, BMP, etc.) to CAD geometry

• TileMaker - module aimed mainly at the stone industry. It automatically separates geometry, nests and creates a CNC file.

• TubeCut -allows you to cut pipes either flat on a table or mounted on a rotary axis. It can be used on both five-axis and three-axis cutting machines.

• Organizer - An SQL database for parts, sheets and production management. Also included are filters and reports.

• Floating License - a module created under LAN. With it you can manage access depending on currently free modulesów.
