Pro Series
.
The PRO series is the perfect solution for manufacturing plants, for which practical use of the machine and its capabilities matter. The machine allows you to optimize time, combining functionality with economy - it does not require additional interruptions in production associated with changeover, cleaning, loading and unloading of workpieces. The interchangeable table simplifies the cutting of numerous shapes and patterns in a repetitive process, while allowing access and control to parts already made or just being prepared.

Machines in this series can be equipped with an automatic sheet storage system. The automatic loading system consists of independent members. The loading module is used to pick up a single sheet of metal and place the semi-finished product on the cutting machine table using specialized vacuum suction cups. The unloading system provides automation of the process of transferring the product after processing from the working table to the storage area.

Combo Series

The COMBO series is a dual-function machine additionally equipped with a turntable that allows cutting pipes and profiles, increasing the range of applications of the machine. Cutters in this series also have an additional table, allowing to automate the machining process.
In the standard configuration it is possible to machine square and rectangular profiles, as well as round and oval pipes. We have the ability to make a configuration for machining angles - depending on the individual needs of the customer.

Expert and Expert Plus series
.The EXPERT series are machines equipped with a working table that extends automatically to an unloading area located outside the machine housing, allowing the machining process to be automated. The machines are equipped with industrial controls and Mitsubishi Electric servo drives.
The EXPERT PLUS series is designed for customers for whom practical use of the machine and its capabilities are particularly important. Machines in this series are equipped with Mitsubishi Electric's industrial control and magnetic linear drives, making it possible to achieve much higher maximum travel speeds.
