Laser cutters ATMS COMBO feature interchangeable tables that simplify the cutting of numerous shapes and patterns in a repeatable process, while allowing access and inspection of parts already made or just being prepared. This is an excellent solution for production facilities that are concerned with practical use of the machine and its capabilities. The laser cutter optimizes time, combining functionality with economy - it does not require additional interruptions in production associated with changeover, cleaning, loading and unloading of workpieces. In addition, the series is equipped with a turntable, which allows cutting pipes and profiles. In the standard configuration it is possible to process square and rectangular profiles, as well as round and oval pipes. We have the possibility to make a configuration for machining angles - depending on the individual needs of the customer.

Standard working area of sheets: 1500 x 3000 [mm], 2000 x 4000 [mm]
Maximum length of tubes and profiles: 6 m (standard), 12 m (optional)

We can make customized configurations with other working area dimensions.
We equip the cutting machines with Raytools brand cutting heads, which have, among others:
- distance sensors (capacitive), providing constant, rapid measurement of the distance of the head relative to the workpiece, whose task is also to prevent collision of the head (so-called anti-collision system) with the workpiece (e.g., in the case of incorrect alignment of the cut workpiece or sheet) .
- calibration of the nozzle height adjustment system, which is carried out automatically .
We have the option of installing a Precitec brand cutting head, which has additional sensors, such as:
- Temperature sensors that work with the machine control system to control the temperature of the head and prevent damage to the head if it gets too hot, .
- pressure and humidity sensors in the lens chamber, .
- nozzle pressure sensor .
We install optical light barriers as standard. They are an essential accessory for laser cutters, playing an important role in ensuring safety. Their main purpose is to detect the presence of people or objects in the working area of the machine. They consist of two components: a transmitter and a receiver, which are responsible for transmitting and receiving the light signal. If a person or object is detected, the signal is interrupted and the operation of the cutting machine is automatically stopped. This kind of solution significantly increases comfort and ensures the safety of work.
