WATER CUTTER ATMS WATERJET 1010-FA a versatile, multi-task machine dedicated to professionals. It is a combination of high quality and efficiency due to the use of modern water cutting technology. The device with industrial numerical control, adapted to work in the working area of 1000x1000 mm and with materials of different hardness and thickness - up to 200 mm. The device allows cutting of materials such as steel, titanium, dibond, aluminum or natural stone. In addition, it works great when processing brittle materials such as glass and ceramics, as well as plastics, sponges, foams, many types of composites and even food products.
Cutting so different in terms of hardness of materials and cutting any designed shapes is possible thanks to the use of an extremely efficient water pump in the machine. The pump allows achieving high pressure values and thus extreme water speeds at the head outlet (up to 4000 km / h). The use of processing aids in the cutting process - the so-called abrasive allows to increase the hardness range and thickness of cut materials.
Included with the machine equipped with a cutting table, industrial control and reinforcing pump high pressure system, there is also an automatic abrasive feeding system and water treatment system.
