PRICE INVESTIGATION: Purchase and execution of renovation and construction works

In connection with the price survey, we invite you to submit bids for the performance of renovation and construction works in Stawiska at 12 Smolniki Street with minimum parameters:

1. Replacement of the facade of the building including the thermal layer.
2. Replacement of the entrance doors and Replacement of the entrance gates.
3. Distribution and commissioning of Electrical and low-current installations, including Outdoor lighting (lamps on the building facade 5pcs per aisle); Logic network; CCTV; SSWiN; Access control
4. Pneumatic installation in the perimeter of the hall (spacing every 5m)
5. Sanitary installations and connections: Sanitary installations-Office; Sanitary installations-Hall; Rainwater drainage (renovation) ; External connections (renovation).
6. Road works: Site excavation;Sub-base made of 5cm gravel; Sub-base made of broken concrete aggregate 7cm; Cement-sand ballast 2cm; Concrete sidewalk 8cm
7. Road works sidewalks: Cement stabilized bedding material 5cm *Cement and sand ballast 2cm *Concrete paving block 4cm
8. Green area development: Levelling of the area; Grass seeding
9. Mezzanine: Construction of a technical mezzanine (supply + installation + securing the structure)
10. Maintenance of the facility: Painting of walls; Maintenance of window and door woodwork; Maintenance of industrial gates; Maintenance of skylights.
11. Floors: Installation of tiling of carpets and floors in the office area; Painting of industrial floor.
12. Partitions: Construction of masonry partition walls; Construction of G-K partition walls.

The Contracting Authority will allow site inspection and technical documentation of the building upon request of the Contractor. Requests for documentation should be submitted no later than 3 days before the end of the deadline for submission of tenders.

The scope of the contract includes: carrying out the above-mentioned renovation and construction works together with the necessary construction and renovation materials and equipment required to carry out the above-mentioned works. The bid should include all costs of the works.
