The CO2 Laser Plotter 1325M by ATMSOLUTIONS, with a working area of 1300 x 2500 [mm], is equipped with a CO2 laser resonator of 180 W power. It is designed for cutting both metals (stainless steel, black steel) and engraving and cutting a wide range of non-metal materials. Optionally, it is possible to replace it with a resonator of higher power, including 200, 400 [W].
The solidly constructed structure of the device, to which the laser head is attached, makes it possible to cut metallic materialsóy (requires a booster gas supply), as well as non-metallic ones. It allows to achieve high accuracy of cuttingós and eliminate any vibrations. The device is equipped with electronics and a first-class drive system. It is perfect for performing engraving and cutting operations in many types of materialsó

The systems used allow the CO2 laser plotter to maintain its quality of operation at a high level. The cooling system protects the laser tube from overheating and damage. The comfort of work is ensured by the extraction system and the supply of compressed air to the rotation area.
The ATMS device has a reinforced structure and a solid body resistant to deformation, so stable operation is ensured even at high rotation speeds. Linear guides, gears in the driveóing system and ball screws are used here, making it possible to achieve high rotaryóing accuracy.
The machine has a safety device thatóre disconnects the laser beam if the cooling system is not activated, which ensures the correct operation of the laser resonator during operation and guarantees the maintenance of high standardsós use of the machine.
Along with the device we provide professional LaserWork control software in Polish language, whichóre able to support fileóformats such as: plt, ai, bmp, dxf, dst, nc, moreover it supports directly with software such as CorelDraw or AutoCAD.
It has a lot of convenient features (intuitive interface in Polish language, the ability to rotateób images, the ability to define each vector with other rotating parameters such as cutting, engraving, cone setting, changing the power range, speed, etc.), which make working on the device simple and pleasant.
